Pulse Industry LLC announced today that it has retained Minneapolis firm MVP Marketing + Design to refocus its brand, related marketing materials, and Web site. Located in Hector, Minn., Pulse Industry LLC was founded in 2007 and specializes in researching, engineering, and manufacturing flexible tools and materials, including artificial arteries, used in medical-device testing.

A major part of MVP’s mission, stated Steve Bruns, president of Pulse Industry, will be to build the image of the company’s manufacture of artificial arteries, which medical-device researchers use to design and test stents. Citing the company’s reputation for high quality and customer service, Bruns noted that Pulse takes its responsibility to heart patients and their families very seriously. “For these folks to have a good quality of life, it’s essential that they have reliable cardiovascular products,” he said. “We’re proud to provide leading-edge products which are dependable and ultimately life-changing, and we’re counting on MVP to get our message out to a wider audience.”

Dick Weinrib, president of MVP Marketing + Design, said their marketing campaign will focus on Pulse’s ability to “expand the horizons of medical-device testing.” To help kick off the campaign, he noted that this coming February, Pulse will have an active presence at the Medical Device Manufacturers’ West Show in Anaheim, Calif. (MDM West). “We’re very eager to reposition Pulse Industry as the premier manufacturer of stent-testing materials,” Weinrib concluded.
