When close tolerance profiles in both single to multi-lumen geometries are required, medical device OEMs turn to Pulse. We manufacture rubber, PVC and plastic extrusions in diameters from 0.003 in. to 0.500 in. with runs down to 100 feet using our in-house compounds.
Pulse Industry custom extrudes in just about any polymer: Implantable grade Silicone, Butyl, Chloroprene, EPDM, Fluorocarbons, Natural Rubber, NBR, Neoprene, Nitrile, SBR, Silicone, and Viton™.
Concurrently extruding silicone with other silicones or non-silicones enables you to improve your medical extrusion in a multitude of ways. Feature a colored stripe to enhance visual identification or brand recognition. Co-extrude a radiopaque stripe so that physicians can more readily identify tubing on an X-ray plate. Or supplement your tubing with wire or fiber for greater durability, electrical conductivity, and resistance to twists and distortions.
